Science Adventure

This week, as part of Maddie’s Spring Break from school, we got together with my parents and cousins, Khloe & Karmen, for a day of adventure … Nashville’s Adventure Science Center to be exact.

Aside from waiting 30 minutes just to get in the door, it was a pretty fun experience.  There were exhibits for every age covering everything from space to anatomy.  And, of course, what family attraction would be complete without a giant play area for your kids to get completely lost in lest ye follow them through every tiny opening and bendy twist and turn (which I did).

I’ve lived in Nashville for just shy of 20 years (wow – how did that happen so fast!?) and I’ve only been to the Science Center for Tim McGraw & Faith Hill’s fan club party, early in my college days.  Needless to say, it wasn’t the same experience as going with an 11, 7 and 2 year old.  Both were fun though!

If you’ve got littles, it’s definitely worth the trip.
